 COFFEE

The discovery of coffee dates back to around 850 AD, but the aromatic drink to which we are accustomed appeared many centuries later. Traditionally, there are three main types of coffee:

coffee beans (roasted coffee beans);

ground coffee (roasted and ground coffee beans);

co-soluble (roasted, ground and processed by special technologies, coffee beans).

Soluble coffee, depending on production technologies, is divided into:

powder (“spray-dry”);

granular (agglomerated);

sublimated ("freeze-drive").

Powdered coffee is the most inexpensive kind of soluble coffee. Coffee beans are cleaned, after which they are fried, then crushed, and the soluble substances are extracted with hot water under pressure. After drying with hot air, the resulting powder gives a moist mass.

Agglomerated coffee is produced using the technology that is powdered. The only difference is that the finished coffee powder is pressurized and poured into small balls, and the coffee looks like granules.

Ground coffee.

Useful properties, natural, rich taste and rich aroma of ground coffee are stored thanks to a fairly simple way of processing it - by grinding pre-roasted coffee beans. The ground coffee is prepared quickly and for ease of preparation, it is inferior only to soluble coffee.
